Lindsay Mead: Kill The TBR Challenge

I've noticed that when I ask fellow book bloggers/vloggers if they've read a certain book I often get, "I own it, but I haven't read it." This tells me that we need to get rid of our TBR piles! We can't just buy books to buy them, we have to read them too!

The challenge is simple. Just make a list of your current TBR pile, preferably books bought before 2012. The goal is to completely eliminate your To-Be-Read Pile, however since our piles will all vary, you can determine the difficultly of this challenge by initially including all or only a portion of that pile. Your call.

This challenge will run from January 2012 until December 31st, 2012. You can join anytime.

PRIZE COMING SOON! As soon as I work out the details, I intend to include a prize or a giveaway at the end of this challenge.

Rules:

If you are a blogger, leave the link to your actual post about this challenge below. If you are not a blogger, leave a link to where you will be keeping track of this challenge.
You may create a list outright like I am, or you may add to your list as you go along. This will depend entirely on you and the sheer size of your TBR pile.
If you complete your original list before the end of the year, you may create an additional list to include books not originally listed.
If you post a book review, feel free to state that the book does count toward the Kill The TBR Challenge.
At the end of the year return to collect the "Challenge Completed" badge, assuming that I create one.
