💀GRAVE THINGS UPDATE💀


💀GRAVE THINGS UPDATE:💀 After talking about it with more experienced authors, I've decided that GRAVE THINGS deserves a strong launch and so I'm going to hold off on releasing it until Spring.

I know, waiting sucks. Especially for me, since I generally release my books within a month of finishing them. However, I think waiting till Spring is going to be better for my readers, me, and GRAVE THINGS.

I've never done a major marketing campaign but this book deserves it. So, I'm going to finish it up and get it totally ready for market. Then, I'm going to finish up THE CURSE (The Hunter Legends, Book 3) cuz that is nearly written and ready for edits. For NaNoWriMo, I plan to start the sequel to Grave Things.

I'll also be taking some seasonal shifts at the local B&N during the holidays to help pay for this new marketing campaign. I really miss hanging out with the old gang. Maybe, if I'm lucky, I'll earn enough between my books and the second job to do some much-deserved marketing for THE HUNTER LEGENDS as well.

With continued hard work and perseverance, I think 2018 could be a big year for me and my readers. Wish me luck!

October Random Hop- Halloween Stuffs! And why I don't like to be scared.

It's our Random Hop for October and this just might be the last one that I do. So watch it while you can :) In this video I talk about all of the movies and shows that I love to watch around Halloween. I also explain why I hate to be scared and therefore avoid YA Horror Novels.

     It's October! Woohoo! That means cool weather, multicolored leafs, .... and... and.... well.... Halloween! What else is there really? So, in honor of this great holiday all of my Hop videos this month will be Halloween themed. Starting with this week's Cover Hop. I warn you, some of these covers are too scare for viewing at night. 

Driving Vlog- Bookmarks, T-shirts, giveaway update, and Halloween!

     I think that I'm going to do some more driving vlogs in the future. I really enjoyed making this one. If you guys don't like it, make sure you let me know! In this video, I talk about all of the little things that have been going on. The vibrating starts off loud in the beginning, but once I leave my driveway it seems to really quiet down.
      Also, I've started a poll that you will see in the top right of this blog. I'm shifting the focus on some of my sites to reflect more "me, the author"-- as appose to just "me, the youtuber". Unfortunately, when I went to change my Twitter from 'TheBookVlogger' to 'LindsayMead', which is the name I want, it said that someone's already taken it. Boo. So, I've come up with some variations that haven't been taken. I just don't know which one is best. So tell me, which one do you think would be best?
