Trylle Series By Amanda Hocking Book Trailer

Synopsis: When Wendy Everly was six years old, her mother was convinced she was a monster and tried to kill her. Eleven years later, Wendy discovers her mother might have been right.  She’s not the person she’s always believed herself to be, and her whole life begins to unravel—all because of Finn Holmes.

Finn is a mysterious guy who always seems to be watching her.  Every encounter leaves her deeply shaken…though it has more to do with her fierce attraction to him than she’d ever admit.  But it isn’t long before he reveals the truth:  Wendy is a changeling who was switched at birth—and he’s come to take her home.

Now Wendy’s about to journey to a magical world she never knew existed, one that’s both beautiful and frightening.  And where she must leave her old life behind to discover who she’s meant to become…

Goodbye Spoiler Room

Hello Bookworms, I hope this finds you having a wonderful Christmas.
I just wanted to take a moment to let you all know that I've decided to remove the Spoiler Room from my reviews. This is something that I have thought about doing on many occasions in the past. While I like the opportunity the Spoiler Room provides for us to discuss the book, I don't feel that it is providing as much value to my viewers as I had hoped. I also worry that the long video times are preventing new viewers from watching the review. I know, as a youtuber, that I often check the video time before I hit play-- if it's too long, I'll probably move on. On the other hand, I'm pretty quick to watch videos that run under a few minutes.
So, in the hopes of shortening my video length, increasing my viewership, and in addition decreasing my workload, I will be removing the Spoiler Room. I tested this option on my last review, Under The Never Sky, and watched for any reactions. No one, not a one,

Luminous Unboxing

Synopsis: As reality slips and time stands still, Consuela finds herself thrust into the world of the Flow. Removed from all she loves into this shifting world overlapping our own, Consuela quickly discovers she has the power to step out of her earthly skin and cloak herself in new ones-skins made from the world around her, crafted from water, fire, air. She is joined by other teens with extraordinary abilities, bound together to safeguard a world they can affect, but where they no longer belong.

When murder threatens to undo the Flow, the Watcher charges Consuela and elusive, attractive V to stop the killer. But the psychopath who threatens her new world may also hold the only key to Consuela's way home.

Tiger's Voyage Unboxing

I realized after uploading this video that we have, in a sense, come full circle. The first video I ever posted on TheBookVlogger was Tiger's Curse-- the first book in the Tiger Saga. Now I am unboxing the very final book in that series. It also just now occurs to me that not only have I unboxed an entire series on TheBookVlogger, but I now own my first complete series of signed books. Wow, this is like a momentous occasion for me. I feel like there should be streamers and a tiny band playing (I say tiny cuz it's not that momentous). I hope I get a chance to do an end of the year video so I can talk about all of the accomplishments that TheBookVlogger has made and thank you all for helping me get where I am. Ok, enough of that. Onto the video!

Shatter Me Book Review & Discussion

Shatter Me (Shatter Me, #1)Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

A different kind of book than what you typically find in YA-- at least as far as the writing is concerned. Watch my video review to find out what I mean.
Buy it on Amazon: Shatter Me

A Million Suns Book Review & Discussion

A Million Suns (Across the Universe, #2)A Million Suns by Beth Revis
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

I wonder what Amy's parents would think if they knew their lives and the survival of the entire ship rested in the hands of a few kids? All of my reviews are done in video format and split up into two parts; part one is spoiler-free and part two is not. I hope you enjoy the review and if you've read the book, please comment in the comment section of the video. I love discussing the story!

The Effects Of A Recent Snow Storm-
Before & After

We recently had a snow storm. Not a big one, but it was enough to cause some damage. I did two small vlogs. One is at the beginning of the storm when everything was so pretty and the second is the next day. I hope you enjoy my casual chatting!

Bookshelf Tour *Signed & Rare Editions*

I've finally done a bookshelf tour! This time I've chosen to focus on my prized possessions. Rather than just telling you what books I have, I focus on a few special books and give you an alternate angle to show the books that I'm not spotlighting. I really hope you all enjoy this. New unboxing this Wednesday and until then, happy reading!

Mini Book Haul - Under The Never Sky

I've just started reading this book and I plan to do a review of it after I've posted my reviews for SHATTER ME and A MILLION SUNS. Super excited about it. In this video I share the book with you and sorta talk about a tagline that bothers me.
Check it out: Under the Never Sky

I've Been Sick

Just a vlog about why I haven't been posting much. I'm currently working on a bookshelf tour that I hope to have posted sometime next week on TheBookVlogger.

Chime Unboxing - The Book Stall Order Part 3

Sorry that I haven't been posting anything other than unboxings lately. I haven't been well and the only reason I've been posting anything at all is because I pre-filmed these. If you ever decide to make videos, pre-film as much as you can because you never know what might happen. Any way I seem to be on the mend now, or at least I have more energy. So with any luck, I'll film some new stuff tonight or tomorrow.
Till then this is part 3 in my Book Stall Order. Enjoy and happy reading!
Buy: Chime

Divergent Unboxing - The Book Stall Order Part 2

Here is my unboxing for Divergent by Veronica Roth. It is part 2 in my Book Stall order.
Buy: Divergent

Delirium Unboxing - The Book Stall Order Part 1

My Unboxings are back! I edited 3 yesterday and filmed 5 more last night. It was a lot of fun and I'm surprised at how much I missed doing them.
It appears that the version of Delirium that I have is now "the old cover", as they have redone it. The new cover is actually very nice, but unfortunately this means that my covers wont match when I buy the sequel :-/ I wish these companies would decide on a cover before they publish, but perhaps that's just too logical. So enjoy the video and the old cover.
Buy: Delirium: The Special Edition, a.k.a. "the new cover"
